| Who is it suitable for? |
| Anyone who would like to experience the excitement of abseiling. Minimum age 6 years old.

| What does the session consist of? |
| Our instructors will greet you and ask you about any motivations behind your quest to abseil. Some people are keen to practice abseiling indoors before going on a charity abseil outside. After an introduction you will be able to experience abseiling down a face. Our instructors will guide you down while maintaining safety via a secure line.

| What do you need? |
| Just yourself and any friends you would like to bring. All equipment and instruction is included in the price.

| When can I do it? |
| The abseil session can be arranged for any time to suit you between 10am - 9pm Monday to Friday.

| £60 for up to 4 people to do an hours abseil.
