With the exception of information collected for use by the new routes service operated by the Leeds Wall for the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club (described below) the Leeds Wall is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. It will not disclose or divulge this information to others in ways different from what is stated in these terms and conditions. the Leeds Wall collects information from users of our website at several different points. Where a booking form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address) and some personal details (number of under 18 year olds). This information is used to help us process your booking request. This information may also be used to contact you. In the case of requests for information and for comments on our services we may request contact details (email address, home address, telephone number), this information may be used by us to contact you.

the Leeds Wall provides a service to the climbing community in the form of the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club new routes database. If you submit a new route then you are requested to provide contact details (email address and telephone number). This information is not stored by the Leeds Wall. It is sent to the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club guide book editor. This information may be used by the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club to contact you for further information.
