| Who is it suitable
for? |
| Adults who would like to learn the basics of indoor
climbing. At the end of the course you can become a member of the
Leeds Wall enabling you to climb unsupervised and bring in up to 2
guests. Minimum age 18 years old. If you are just looking
to refresh skills then a Belay Course may be more suitable.

| What does the course
consist of? |
| The Beginners Course is a 3 week comprehensive
introduction to indoor climbing. After a tour of the Centre you
will learn about basic climbing techniques, equipment, top rope climbing and bouldering.
It is also a great way to meet new friends.

| What do you need? |
| Only yourself! All equipment and instruction is included
in the price. We also offer you a discount voucher so that you can build up your own kit.

| When can you do it? |
Beginners Courses start the first week of every month.
You then attend for 3 weeks 7-9pm on the same evening each week.
If you are unable to attend all 3 weeks on the same evening you
may find a Belay Course more suitable as times are flexible. (last updated 24/01/2012)
