| Who is it suitable for? |

| Beginners who would like to
have an exciting day out climbing on natural rock. No
experience required. Minimum age 18 years old.

| What does the course consist of? |
| This course gives you the opportunity to climb using top ropes
and fully absorb the challenges of real rock climbing in a
controlled environment.

| What do you need? |
| Just yourself! All equipment
and instruction is provided. If you would like climbing
shoes please let us know your size.

10am to 4pm at Stanage Edge, Peak District
